Materials, processes, and manufacturing for the highest requirements
We manufacture highly critical components from difficult-to-machine materials – precisely, with process reliability, and tailored to the specific application.
Our focus is on machining complex geometries. In addition, we develop and build mobile technical workshop containers and specialized containers as a separate product line.
Process understanding
We think beyond individual services and consider the full application context.
Working closely with our customers, we clarify requirements early and develop suitable solutions together.
- Consulting on requirements and operating conditions
- Feasibility and risk assessment
- Coordination with upstream and downstream processes
The result is solutions that work technically and prove themselves in operation.
Machining

Demanding components. Demanding materials.
We machine high-performance materials for applications with the highest requirements for precision, durability, and process reliability.
Materials we machine include:
- Nickel-based alloys, such as Inconel® and Hastelloy®
- Titanium and titanium alloys
- High-strength and heat-resistant steels
We machine these materials for applications in which components must withstand extreme loads.
Manufacturing
- 5-axis milling, turning, and EDM of complex geometries
- Tolerances down to +/- 2 μm
- High standards for surface finish and dimensional accuracy
- Individual parts and small batches
Clean clamping concepts and stable processes ensure reproducible results – even with challenging materials.
Mobile workshop and specialized containers
Custom solutions for on-site use.
We develop and manufacture technical mobile workshop containers and specialty containers for industrial applications—for example, in the energy sector.
Close coordination with our customers is central to our approach: from the initial requirement and concept development through to implementation, we support the entire process.
Each solution is planned individually and precisely tailored to its specific use – from equipment and layout to on-site deployment.
The result is not standard containers, but well-designed, functional workshops tailored to specific needs.
