Cookies

Contact form

When you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, which also include the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for possible follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Therefore, the data entered in the contact form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Section 6 Par. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. This only requires you to send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing transactions carried out until such time as we received the revocation of this permission remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent for storage, or until such time as the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent that this is necessary for establishing or designing the content, or for changing the legal relationship (inventory data). Order data processing & data protection level

We have concluded a contract with Google for commissioned data processing and fully implement the stringent requirements of the German data protection authorities regarding the use of Google Analytics. Demographic features on Google Analytics

This website uses the Google Analytics’  “demographic features” function. This allows reports to be created that contain information on the age, gender and interests of site visitors. This data comes from interest-related advertising by Google and from visitor data from third-party providers. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person. You can disable this feature from your Google Account ad settings at any time or opt-out of Google Analytics collecting your information. 6. Job applications

When submitting a job application to us, we will process your application data solely for purposes related to your interest regarding current or future employment with us, and for the processing of your application. Your application will only be processed and recorded by the relevant contact persons at our company. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data.

When we are unable to offer you employment, we will store your application data for up to six months after any rejection. This is done so as to allow us to answer questions in connection with your application and rejection. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent deletion; if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence; or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage.

The legal basis for data processing is provided by Section 26 Par. 1 Sentence 1 GDPR. When we keep your applicant data for a period of six months, and you have expressly consented to this, we would like to point out that this consent can be revoked at your choice at any time in accordance with Section 7 Par. 3 GDPR. Such revocation shall not affect the legality of the processing that has taken place to date on the basis of the consent provided prior to revocation.
